55 Club Forgot Password
A forgotten 55 Club password is handled from the Forgot password? link, which appears on both the phone and email tabs of the login form. The login page also tells members to contact customer service when a password is forgotten.
How to reset your 55 Club password
- Go to the login form. The 55 Club login guide shows what each field is for.
- Stay on the tab you registered with, Phone Number or Email, and tap Forgot password? near the Remember password option.
- Work through the screens that follow. They were not opened for this guide, so read each prompt carefully.
- Choose a new password. The sign-up form's rule is at least 8 characters with both letters and numbers, so meet it unless the reset screen shows a different rule.
- Return to the login form and sign in with it.
55 Club account locked after too many wrong passwords
Entering a wrong password more than 10 times locks a 55 Club account. The message that appears, headed Account has been locked, tells you to use Forgot Password to set a new password, and that is how the lock is lifted.
If the reset completes and the account still refuses to open, customer service is the next stop.
When to contact 55 Club customer service instead
- You no longer have the phone number or email address the account was registered with.
- You cannot remember whether you signed up with a phone number or an email.
- The reset screens do not accept your details.
- The lock stays in place even after a new password has been set.
The login page itself says to contact customer service if you forget your password, and a Contact customer service button appears with the account-locked message. Never send your password to anyone in a chat, including someone who says they work in support.
Is there an OTP for a 55 Club password reset?
That could not be confirmed. Neither the login form nor the phone registration form showed a verification-code box, and no reset was submitted. If a code does reach your phone, type it only into the platform's own reset screen. Other account questions are answered in the 55 Club FAQ.
